How information is used when you contact Healthpyuri or use the website’s connected services.
Enquiries and contact details
When you submit an enquiry, we use your name, email, country, service selection, planning preferences and optional message to respond to your request. Enquiry notifications go to the Healthpyuri team mailbox so an advisor can reply directly to you. We do not send marketing emails through this form.
Please avoid medical records or sensitive diagnosis details in the general message field. Delivery confirmation is shown only after the connected email service confirms sending.
Advisor calls
When scheduling is connected, your contact details, chosen time and timezone are used to arrange the introductory call through Google Calendar and Google Meet. Do not include medical records in the calendar message.
Optional private reports
Where supported and configured, private uploads require sign-in and separate consent. Your account and the authorised Healthpyuri reviewer can download your files. Access expires after 30 days. Expired report files are removed by scheduled or request-triggered maintenance on supported storage. Email messages and calendar entries are separate and do not share this expiry. Contact our care inbox to ask about retention or deletion. You can remove your own files from the upload form.
If private upload is unavailable, the website explains this before a file is saved. You can send a service enquiry without uploading any report.
Browser storage and external services
Where enabled, aggregate activity counts are grouped by day and broad screen size. They exclude names, email addresses, page URLs, medical details and tracking IDs. Session storage remembers whether the enquiry reminder has appeared or an enquiry was completed, to limit repeat prompts during your visit. WhatsApp links open an external service with a general greeting. No selected treatment or service is included in the link. You decide what to send. External services apply their own privacy terms.
Questions and requests
Contact care@healthpyuri.com to ask about the details provided to Healthpyuri, request a correction or request deletion. Keep sensitive attachments out of an initial general email.
